In 1999, Roador developed a unique roll-up door panel design aimed at combating weight and rusting issues. In 2013, Roador was purchased by Almac Conveyor, a world leader in material handling systems.

After purchasing the company, Stewart McLaren, President of Almac Conveyor, assessed the product lines and changed the direction of the company with a large focus on enhancing the products and services of the business. Stewart’s team engineers began analyzing the products and were able to identify the key design aspects that required further enhancement and began diligently designing, testing, and trialing the new products.

After 5 years of revisions, modifications and testing, Stewart was ready to bring the reinvented door design back to the market along with a few new product lines and has applied his name to demonstrate the quality and workmanship that his ownership has provided.
